November 11 to 17, the vice president of MCC Huang Dan led investigation namibia,for access and market investigation.The chairman of MCC communication Yin Xue Zhi, the chairman of MCC 19 Tian Ye,the industry minister of MCC Li Jian accompanied travel.
In Windhoek which be the capital of Namibia,the vice president Huang Dan and others people of the team first visited the ambassador in Namibia of China Wei Rui Xing and the commercial counsellor Liu Ru Ning.Ambassador Wei and counsellor Liu gave their sanction to the strength of MCC. They express that they will give strong support and help for MCC to develop Namibia market. And gave some useful opinions and suggestions.
13 to 16,the vice president Huang Dan and others people of the team went to Katima,they view the highway project site which be MCC and RCC JV affiliated bided, understand the project bidding and the preparation for construction work. The vice president Huang Dan affirmed the working of Namibia bid group, and convened a meeting at the site of the project,made the research and deployment for later work, after that they went to Walvis Bay, visited the MR44 and MR67 highway project which be tracking;and visited the RCC company, exchanged the views with chairman and president of the RCC company, for JV affiliated cooperation pattern and MR125 highway projects.
16 to 17, The vice president Huang Dan and others people of the team successively visited the Namibian minister of engineering and communicant ministry Hon Erkki Nghimtina and the director general of Namibian highway administration, the minister and the director general already had the deep understanding with MCC for The highway bid process, they had expressioned the fully trust and approval for The management level and technical strength of MCC’s EPC, and had expressioned very relieved for that the MR125 highway projects were subcontracted to MCC, commitmented to carry out more widely and more thorough cooperation with MCC at Namibia.
